Andrew Griffiths MP helps out Derek’s Tree volunteers

Last Sunday Andrew Griffiths MP gave a helping hand to the volunteers of Derek’s Tree in Coopers Square. Many will know of the fantastic work Derek and his team do to bring a smile to the faces of hundreds of child here in East Staffordshire each Christmas.

Speaking on Derek’s Tree Andrew said:

“Next time you are in Burton over the next couple of weeks why not visit Derek’s Tree, take a gift tag and make a child’s Christmas by donating that gift. Derek and his team do a great job, but they are also looking for more volunteers to help them help wrap presents and look after the Tree.”
