Andrew Griffiths, MP for Burton and Uttoxeter, has praised the artistic skills of local residents at the opening night of the Annual Painting Exhibition of the Bramshall Art Group. Andrew was met by Anne Harris, event organiser and local artist, at Bramshall Village Hall where guests were treated to champagne and canapés. In attendance was Cllr David Brookes, Mayor of Uttoxeter.
Andrew said:
“I was completely bowled over by the quality of artwork on display. I would never have realised that so many talented people could come from one small village - Bramshall must be the most artistic village in the country. I think everyone displaying their artwork can be really proud of what they achieved.”
